I was pretty lucky and managed to double my bankroll so I decided to withdraw my initial deposit amount so there was nothing else left to lose if I were to gamble the remaining amount but little did I know how annoying the withdrawal process was going to be.
Withdrawal hell
When I made a deposit to Alf Casino, I did so using BTC, since using crypto lowers the KYC requirement and withdrawals are usually procesesed faster. However, this was certainly not the case with Alf Casino
I first initiated a withdrawal on November 8 and subsequently waited patiently for it to be processed. 10 days later (yes a whopping 10 days later), I go to check and my withdrawal has been cancelled. Ok ok, keep calm, let’s talk to customer support.
Customer support informs me “Oh I’m not sure what happened, please initiate a new request”. So I did so, and waited patiently for another few days to check. It is subsquently cancelled again with NO NOTIFICATION GIVEN WHATSOEVER.
After more back and forth with customer support I am told, please try a different withdrawal method, although funnily enough, he can’t provide on details on which withdrawal method will actually work. There is clearly a huge disconnect between customer support and their actual system. They have no idea what is going on and just respond with generic answers saying the “finance team” has been notified of the issue.
Seeing I have no other option, I decide to try and withdraw via Litecoin instead straight to my Binance account. I see it is just stuck in pending so I talk to customer support again. Incredilously, they say since my deposit was made through a different method, I am not allowed to withdraw via Litecoin. They suggest making a deposit with Litecoin first and then requesting a withdrawal. Are you kidding me?! At this point, they have lost my trust completely and there’s no way I was going to deposit any more money.
About a week later, on the 23rd of November, I miraculously receive my withdrawal. Hallelujah! So it took 15 days to process and a tonne of back and forth hounding the customer support to get their act together.
I immediately submit another withdrawal request for the remaining my funds thinking it should be fast to process now right? Wrong. I have yet to receive the remaining funds in my account and I’m still playing the same cat and mouse game with customer support wondering why they won’t process my withdrawal.
Update 2023/12/4: They are still cancelling any withdrawal request I make and customer support keeps saying the exact same thing over and over again to “Please initiate another request, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible”. Just the same generic bot response over and over again. Looks like there’s no way I’ll be able to get my winnings.
TLDR; Alf casino are a PAIN to deal with when it comes to withdrawals and I have only managed to receive a small amount. My remaining funds are still left on pending after a month. Hopefully other players have not experienced this but considering the lackadaisical attitude from customer support, I would imagine this is the case for most.
Final Thoughts
