FansUnite Integrates iCasino Games with Pariplay

On December 15, 2021, FansUnite’s B2B subsidiary Askott Games has announced that it signed a lucrative content distribution agreement with Aspire Global’s Pariplay Ltd. Now, the leading iGaming aggregator will be able to deliver Askott Games’ full suite of Random Number Generator casino titles to its many online casinos and sportsbook partners from all around the globe.

Considered by many as the top provider for iGaming titles to the casino industry, Pariplay delivers exceptional games and services to more than 1000 operators and more than 7000 online casinos and sportsbooks. This is achieved through its Fusion™ aggregation platform which includes thousands of gaming products provided by some of the industry’s best developers.

The Agreement

Via the agreement between the two companies, all of Askott Games’ current and future titles will be distributed to Pariplay’s online sportsbooks and casino partners from all around the world. This includes the developer’s greatest hits such as Loothunter, Crash Heist, Gem Powered, Fruit Venture, and Team Vortex. These titles will be launched on the aggregator’s platform in early 2022.

In addition to that, the developer is currently in the final testing stages of several more RNG games, which will also be launched on the platform in early 2022, once they are ready for the public. Also, through the agreement, FansUnite will receive a revenue share from the gaming income generated by the online casinos and sportsbook partners who have access to the aggregation platform.

Scott Burton, CEO of FansUnite, commented that the company’s subsidiary is a developer of unique eSports and video game-themed RNG casino titles that offer captivating gameplay and visuals. They target is a younger demographic of bettors. Acquisition Agreed

More recent news from FansUnite includes the company’s agreement for the acquisition of America Affiliate. The deal was officially agreed on November 22, 2021, and it is worth around US$58.2 million, which will be paid in both cash and common shares from the gaming leader. American Affiliate is a company devoted to finding new customers for legal sportsbooks, online casinos, and poker platforms, which will help the gaming leader to expand its brand.

Ontario Application Also Submitted

Additionally, FansUnite is closely monitoring the situation in Ontario and the province’s soon-to-launch iGaming market for private operators. Previously, the company has even filed its application to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario in an attempt to obtain a license for regulated operation in the jurisdictions. The market is on schedule launch early in 2022.
