Saratoga Race Course Treats Fans to an All-Inclusive Experience

The New York Racing Association is ready for a riveting summer on the premises of Saratoga Race Course, as the upcoming weeks are about to see a special tour taking place for the very first time. The special tour package is up for grabs starting July 15 and it goes by the name of the Breakfast and Breeding Farm tour presented by the Capital District Transportation Authority. Many individuals could join it every Friday this summer.

Horse racing is a great pastime activity and a chance for many people to place bets in a legal way on live events. There is also the social element of racetracks, offering individuals the chance to meet their friends, network, experience new events, and so much more. Saratoga Race Course is about to transform this summer into one for the books.

New Tour Package

As it was recently confirmed, the New York Racing Association announced a brand-new fan experience that could welcome up to 40 horse racing fans at a time. It is an all-inclusive offer guaranteeing you a good time at Saratoga Race Course. This new offering includes a buffet breakfast at the racecourse and tons of food offerings you could try freely.

You could spend quality time with your loved ones there. Then the package offers you the chance to watch world-class thoroughbreds during morning training and get a glimpse of the life horse people have. You could see your favorite thoroughbred horse prepare for the upcoming live races you could both watch and place bets on. When this part of the day is over, it is time for the open-air trolley ride from Saratoga Race Course to Old Tavern Farm.

It is a round trip and you could enjoy great views in the meantime. The next step of this experience is a guided walking tour of an active thoroughbred breeding farm where you could learn even more about the horses and their trainers and team. It would span over an hour and a half.

Job Fair

As for the last slice of the all-inclusive package tour, it is an admission to Saratoga Race Course for the start of post time around 1 p.m. Adults could reserve their spot with a ticket that costs some $55, whereas the kids 12 and under could enter at $25. Purchases are made online on a first-come, first-serve basis for each weekly Friday tour.

As the 2022 summer meet at Saratoga Race Course draws near, the New York Racing Association was once again looking to provide working opportunities in the region. The association announced a job fair this month. The recruitment event started on Thursday, May 19, 2022, and it was a three-day thing, hiring individuals for its summer racing season.

Some of this year’s available positions feature hospitality ambassadors; guest services, cashiers, parking attendants, ticket scanners, and Bets Squad representatives. The association also looks to hire white caps/ushers, box office, betting clerks, parking attendants, technology interns, security guards, porters, cooks, waitstaff, bussers, merchandise clerks, concessions supervisors and cashiers, cleaners, and warehouse workers.
