High Flyer Casino Teams Up with Wizard Games in Ontario

High Flyer Casino announced last week that it has inked a partnership with the subsidiary of NeoGames, Wizard Games. As per the collaboration, the two parties will facilitate the launch of Wizard Games’ proprietary slot collection to online casino operators in Ontario, Canada. Hence, making the slot games available to eligible players in the province.

In April 2022, Ontario became the first Canadian jurisdiction to open up its regulated iGaming market for private operators. The new internet gambling sector is overseen by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and it attracted tons of interest from third-party operators, as by the end of Q2 of 2023-24, there were 47 online operators in the province.

Expanding Ontario Footprint

Since its establishment, Wizard Games has developed some fan-favourite online casino titles, such as including Lucky Vegas, Spirit of the Mustang and Joker Diamond. These games will soon be made available alongside titles from High Flyer Casinos’ existing collection, such as Siren of the Deep, Hacksaw Gaming and many others to the province’s audiences.

It should be mentioned that High Flyer Casino is one of the many companies that NeoGames has teamed up with to offer the WG portfolio. Prior to that, in October, NeoGames announced that it had joined forces with BetMGM to launch its innovative portfolio of iGaming content in Michigan, U.S., while also debuting WG with the same operator but in New Jersey.

Managing Director at Wizard Games, Benedict McDonagh said a few words on the Ontario launch. In his opinion, the province is a market of tremendous significance for WG, and its content continues to resonate quite well with players in the region. He added that the launch of High Flyer Casino is another important step for the company’s expansion into North America.

Despite inking some important collaborations through the U.S. states, NeoGames still disclosed a decrease in total revenue in the third quarter of 2023. In its fiscal report, the company revealed that total revenue decreased by 13.6% from the same quarter last year. However, it was noted that adjusted EBITDA was in the green, from US$17.6M in Q3 2022 to US$19.9M in Q3 2023.

It can be recalled that a few days after the opening of Ontario’s iGaming sector in April 2022, Wizard Games gained access to the sector. For its debut in the newly opened market, the company joined forces with BetMGM and 888casino. Its integration was facilitated via Aspire Global’s Pariplay, which is a leading provider and aggregator of gaming titles.

On a more recent note, Wizard Games, also expanded into Atlantic Canada, as the provider agreed to supply the Atlantic Lottery Corporation with gaming content. The integration has been facilitated through Pariplay®’s innovative Fusion® aggregation platform. Now titles as Spirit of Mustang and Flamin’ 7’s are available to Atlantic players.
