NorthStar Gaming to Broadcast Live Corporate Webinar

This week, NorthStar Gaming reported that it will be hosting a live corporate webinar on December 6, 2023. During the event, the gambling brand will discuss its current activities and upcoming milestones, followed by a Q&A. Investors and other interested parties are invited to join and learn more about its sports media and betting platform.

Via its iGaming platform, NorthStar Bets, the company offers digital casino and sportsbook services that impress with uniquely local, premier user experience. Its sportsbook offers real-time news, stats, analysis, and scores directly into the betting environment. Meanwhile, its subsidiary Slapshot Media provides managed services to NorthStarBets.com.

RBMP Engagement also Revealed

The company’s webinar will be hosted on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 2 p.m. ET. A topic of discussion will be its engagement of U.S.-based corporate communications from RB Milestone Group which will provide relations services. Chair and CEO of the gaming firm, Michael Moskowitz will also share an overview of the company, and outlook for next year.

During the webinar, the management of the company will be available to answer questions from investors and interested parties after a presentation. Questions can also be submitted before the webinar. NorthStar has acquired RBMG as a partner and Through the deal it will receive relations services, including corporate communications advisory, non-deal roadshow advisory, market intelligence advisory, and business referrals to the management. The initial term of the engagement is for 12 months at CA$106,000 per year plus direct expenses and will be honoured in cash.

Mr. Moskowitz noted that the firm is pleased to tell its brand story to a broader investor audience as it continues its growth strategy. He added that the webinar would be a good chance for the current and potential shareholders to get familiar with the company’s unique strategy, market opportunities, and key initiatives they have planned for next year.

November 2023 Highlights

At the end of November 2023, NorthStar Gaming made another important announcement, as it revealed a partnership with BettorView. Via this partnership, the internet gaming brand will be allowed to expand its player acquisition further by engaging with consumers in restaurants and bars across Ontario, making it the first Canadian iGaming platform to team up with BettorView.

On another topic, November 2023, also saw the release of the company’s Q3 2023 report. In Q3, the company reported some impressive numbers, including a total betting handle of CA$138 million which was a substantial 140% increase over CA$57.6 million in Q3 2022. Meanwhile, revenue, net of bonuses, promotional costs and free bets, reached CA$4.7 million
