The casino resort is going through a rough patch with an ongoing change of management and financial struggles that are projected to be offset by the thriving sports wagering operation on site. The start of this year’s NFL season was special for Rivers Casino and Resort, welcoming crowds of enthusiasts it has never seen before.
General Manager Justin Moore said that the location saw record numbers of players on that day, bringing tons of gaming revenue down the road. Del Lago Casino also witnessed the beginning of its first NFL season at the Draft Kings Sports Book Lounge with quite the crowd of enthusiasts present.
