Ontario Snatches Latest Lotto Max CA$60M Jackpot

Lotto Max is once again a topic of wide discussion, as the popular lottery game found its next winner. An avid player from Ontario is the next lottery millionaire within the province, as they recently became eligible for a cash payout of CA$60,000,000. The Main prize came with the most recent raffle taking place on April 19, 2022.

Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation is the lottery leader taking care of Ontario’s gaming field, including lottery games up for grabs. The corporation also oversees local brick-and-mortar casinos and online gaming which grows in popularity. Lottery gaming is undoubtedly a player favorite as it is visible by the rapidly growing Main prize associated with the Lotto Max and Lotto 6/49 games.

Lotto Max

Ontario is the home of the most recent Canadian lotto millionaire, but for the time being their name would remain unknown. This is because the lottery corporation does not reveal the purchaser’s identity until they have come forward to claim the lottery prize. If several weeks pass without a word from the lotto winner, Ontario lottery and Gaming Corporation would also reveal the region of ticket purchase.

It should be noted that lottery fans are advised to check their pockets, drawers, or bags for any misplaced lottery tickets that could be the Lotto Max winning one. Unfortunately for all players that have purchased a ticket for the previous round, a winner was not determined for the mega prize of CA$55 million. But still, some million-dollar windfalls have been claimed across the country.

This week’s winning ticket has the winning numbers printed on it – 01, 06, 10, 27, 42, 45, and 50 with the bonus number being 43. This Tuesday would be a special day for the winner and the entire province is anticipating their identity reveal and official ceremony at the OLG Prize Center in Toronto. Lotto MAX is renowned for its generosity, as this is the lottery game with the highest cap on its Main Prize in Canada.
