Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation is once more putting efforts to bolster the sports betting experience for its online gaming brand PROLINE+. This week, the Crown agency announced a multi-year contract extension with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. Via this latest agreement, PROLINE+ will become the official sports betting partner of Real Sports.

As a state-run Crown agency, OLG provides premium gaming entertainment for the Province of Ontario in a socially responsible manner. The Crown also manages land-based casinos, sales of lottery games, iGaming, and the provision of bingo and electronic gaming products at charitable gaming centres. Through its proceeds, OLG reinvests funds into important provincial sectors, such as education, healthcare, and problem gambling prevention.
Extending Their Cooperation
As mentioned via this latest contract extension between OLG and MLSE, PROLINE+ Will become the official sports betting partner of Real Sports. The partnership will kick off with an exclusive fan experience at the venue, home of Toronto’s largest screen and 100-foot bar, during the NFL Conference Championships. Attendees will have the changes to win NFL swag and other PROLINE+ prizes, meet NFL stars and more.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, January 29, 2023, at 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. for the NFC Championship and the AFC Championship respectively. As mentioned, Real Sports will be the host for the location. It is located at 15 York Street, Unit A, Toronto. Seating for the fan event is first come, first served, however, the organization advises people to book a reservation.
OLG’s Chief Gaming Officer, Dave Pridmore, commented that the new partnership with MLSE will create memorable moments and interactive experiences for local sports fans. He also believes that the combination of the two leading and trusted brands will allow fans to get a step close to the action on the field and interact with their favourite teams in new ways.

Previous Sports Betting Agreements
Over the last year, the OLG has signed numerous partnerships for its PROLINE brand. This includes a multi-year agreement from the summer of 2022 with Major League Baseball. As per the deal, PROLINE became the official sports betting partner of the league and gained distribution rights for its official logos as well as cross-promotion on MLB digital and social channels.
In addition to that, in November of 2022, OLG teamed up with the captain of the Toronto Maple Leafs, John Tavares. The agreement allowed for the Mississauga-born athlete to become a brand ambassador for the sports betting brand. He is also tasked with promoting the OLG brand as well as engaging with fans at events and more.
