Bragg Gaming Touts 48-Pct Gaming Revenue Jump to 18M over First Half of 2019

Bragg Gaming Group is among the Canadian gaming companies that strive to go above and beyond for players while exploring the opportunities they are presented with. The Toronto-based gaming giant was proud to issue its financial performance for the second quarter of this fiscal year. Over the past three months, the company has managed to amass some CA$8.8 million in gaming revenue, ultimately marking а significant surge year-on-year.

The end of every quarter is a time for evaluating the bigger picture and making sure that all goals are achievable. In order to make its performance publicly known, Bragg Gaming Group also issues its financial performance at the end of every three month period. This Tuesday also brings a detailed review of the first half of this fiscal year. The second quarter of this year saw gaming revenue reaching CA$8.8 million that was boosted by the vibrant gaming offerings.

First Half Shows Stellar Performance

In addition to the gaming revenue, the gross profit of CA$3.8 million was also an important detail to be noted. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization loss managed to reach some CA$0.3 million. The end of the second quarter is also special, as it offers the opportunity of evaluating the entire first half of the fiscal year.

H1 2019 was especially strong for Bragg Gaming Group, as it witnessed a 48-percent revenue jump when compared to the first half of fiscal 2018. The overall revenue generated over the first six months equated to CA$18 million, meaning that the second quarter saw slightly lower gaming revenue than the first one. Gross profit over the first half of this fiscal year reached CA$8.2 million, once again a hefty amount.

Bragg Gaming Group made the effort at the beginning of this year to make it a memorable one and focus on gaming expansion. Over the first six months of this year, the company managed to partner with as many as 22 gaming operators, a record-breaking number. Their offerings were introduced at the brand new ORYX Hub platform.

Second Quarter Sets the Tone

ORYX Gaming is Bragg Gaming Group’s subsidiary and over the past few months, it has worked hard to team up with many gaming providers. Their content is now featured on the ORYX Hub platform making it easier for players to explore the online gaming world and enjoy diverse gaming.

As a result of its efforts, the overall amount of operators managed to reach 65 and extend around the globe. Unibet, Betsson, Mr. Green, Casumo, Videoslots, Genesis, Wplay, LVBET, EnergyCasino, and Meridianbet ar only some of them. The second half of this year is about to bring 24 more to the ORYX Gaming platform. Dominic Mansour, CEO of Bragg, stated that the second quarter and respectively the first half of this year have set the tone for what is to come.

GiveMeSport is the media outlet further enhancing the Bragg experience, which has also witnessed a significant improvement. The webpage was recently reimagined in order to achieve more, eventually witnessing 232 million unique Facebook users, as well as a surge in the Instagram followers. GiveMeSport and GiveMeBet might be sold in the foreseeable future, as Bragg Gaming focuses on ORYX Gaming.
